Book Your Winter Stay Today!
It’s about that time of the year again when the weather starts getting a little chillier, the days are getting shorter, and the kiddos are headed back to school. The end of summer is always bittersweet—you don’t want that warm weather to disappear but you also realize it means we are closer to ski season! It may seem a little early, but now is the best time to start booking your winter vacation to Steamboat. From lodging to lift tickets, here is what you should be booking right now.
Get those flights booked early for the best pricing! There are two airports we recommend flying into. If you fly into Denver International Airport, you will have a larger selection of airlines and price points. However, you will have a 3 hour drive to Steamboat from there. You can also fly into Yampa Valley Regional Airport – Hayden/Steamboat (airport code is HDN). The airport is located only 45 minutes from town in Hayden, CO. This is a much smaller airport, so there are select airlines that fly in and out.
There are so many options when it comes to rental home options. Whether you are looking for ski-in/ski-out or a property that has access to a private shuttle or even something more budget friendly, there are plenty of properties to choose from. And book now for your 7th night FREE on select properties! Click the links below for more information and quotes.

Rental Car/Taxi Services
For those that prefer the flexibility of having their own rental vehicle, we highly recommend booking
now. Four wheel drive vehicles sell out by the fall for the beginning of the ski season—and yes, we do suggest you get a 4×4 vehicle as the roads can be slick. You also have the option of booking a ride on a shared shuttle through Go Alpine. They will transport you to and from both the Denver airport and the Hayden airport. If you are using Alpine taxi from Denver, there are select times that the shuttle leaves. For more information on their selection of shared and private rides, click here.
Lift tickets are something you should book at least 10 days prior to your arrival. Adult and children’s tickets can be purchased online by clicking here. In doing so, you can save up to 15% off the window price!
