The Ore House at the Pine Grove
1465 Pine Grove Rd
You know good steak is a guarantee when the restaurant itself is an old barn that used to operate as part of a cattle ranch. The Ore House dates back to 1889 when it was originally homesteaded by some of the first Steamboat residents. Though you may find the location a bit odd, it’s lost its once surrounding acreage to modern day parking lots and shops, the original barn still stands. Known for it’s steak, it also has great fish and gluten free options. Locals’ tip: order the Steak Ore House with the house potato.
